PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training can be on a one to one or group training basis. We offer training in general fitness/weight loss, boxing, kick boxing, self-defence, k1 and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
One to one training is perfect for anyone who may have a specific fitness goal they want to achieve or somebody that may not feel comfortable in a busy class setting One to one training is a suitable for those who are in a need of individual attention or they can’t concentrate when they are in a group.
As compare to group training we recommend get a one to one training because, instructor can concentrate on you more, and learning process would be very higher than in a group, it is more expensive than group training. On the other side training consist of weight loss, weight lifting, boxing workout, kickboxing workout, group training, circuit training and pad work. All these trainings helps you to reduce body fat also help to keep cholesterol level controlled and make you feel good in yourself and about yourself
